Mar Chagnon, Julien Maranda and Patrick Barry are the trio that make up the three-piece group, Black Tiger Sex Machine. Since 2011 they have been making waves in the electric, techno music scene, creating an aggressive, dark electro sound that repeatedly has fans listening to their music and catching their live shows. Not only known for their music, but for their shows, where they utilize a central mixer, drum machines, launchpads, keyboards and a lighting setup that syncs with their music, they create a gateway into another realm where music and storytelling creates a new experience and dimension. Their tiger helmets with the LED lighting have become as iconic as their music, representing a movement of expression that has lit up the techno genre. Last year they released ‘Once Upon A Time In Cyberworld’ with popular singles, such as ‘Front Man’, ‘Deathstalker’ and ‘Prayers’, showing their capacity for more. Less than a year later, in October 2023, they will release their next studio album, ‘Portals’. Their 2023 tour invites fans to open their minds and step inside their portal.
