CAAMP is hitting the road for another year of festivals, multi-night shows, and amphitheater concerts as they launch their 2023 Tour this May. Dropping their newest album "Lavender Days" last 2022, the band explores a period of time that reflects "small pleasures and forgotten disappointments". Featuring its introspective and alluring folk tracks – "Come With Me Now", "Lavender Girl", and "Believe", the band is set to take fans on a one-of-a-kind live folk music experience.

Reflecting on the name of their new record, Taylor Meir shares that "It’s nostalgic. It can remind you of your grandmother’s perfume or maybe the air freshener in your mom’s car," explaining every memory Lavender can bring. "It can summon up all of these incredible memories and transport you to those in-between days, which I think everybody remembers with more clarity than the big events."

Debuting in 2016, CAAMP found its edge by offering a unique flavor of folk blended with their honest and introspective lyrical stories. Lavender Days brings about feelings that lets listeners experience a sense of nostalgia in every track. Developing their groove and storytelling, the album was met with critical acclaim, having fans exclaim for more, and attracting new listeners to the family.

From local gigs and a self-released debut album recorded in a remote cabin, CAAMP unexpectedly found massive support from new listeners and won a record deal with indie label Mom+Pop Music. Since then, CAAMP launched extensive tours, performed at several festivals including Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo, and released new records that showed their growth as folk artists.

With music described as "nostalgic and soulful" by NPR, CAAMP hasn't strayed away from its edge of astounding melodic and lyrical storytelling. With striped-down production and emotive vocals, the band has received several praises from critics, comparing them to folk legends Bob Dylan and Wood Guthrie.
