On June 21–23, 2024, Widespread Panic will perform three nights at the very famous Red Rocks Amphitheater.
Only a few days have passed since Widespread Panic released a statement regarding the band's recent cancellation of its three-night Chicago run. Bassist Dave Schools had an unidentified health issue, which caused a last-minute change in plans, according to a statement released by WSP on social media. Schools is now "on the road to a full recovery and in good spirits" following a brief hospital stay.
The band stated, "Dave and the Boys are excited to reunite for the St. Augustine concerts in March. Thanks to everyone for your understanding and loving words of encouragement these past weeks."
With 18 sell-outs at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, a staggering 60 consecutive sell-out at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre, additional records at the UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Birmingham's Oak Mountain Amphitheater, New Orleans Jazzfest, and The Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Widespread Panic has truly become a road warrior.
