Its summertime and no summer at Red Rocks would be complete without Yoga on the Rocks! Start your day with yoga at the most awe-inspiring venue in the world, Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Denver Art’s and Venues and The River Yoga are bringing together nine of Denver’s best yoga instructors for the 2021 Yoga on the Rocks season. Experience a bit of space and peace. Slow down and breathe deep in the open mountain air at Red Rocks Amphitheatre! Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and mask. Sessions will take place every Saturday and Sunday in June and July.

Yoga on the Rocks is back this summer, with a few extra safety guidelines like limited attendance restrictions for prevention of the spread of coronavirus;
- If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver on your behalf. In order to provide a touchless ticketing experience, tickets are available online only.
- All events will follow COVID-19 safety guidelines. Please read the COVID protocols before attending.
- Attendees will be required to wear masks and distance from others due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- No class will be held on July 4th.
Yoga on the Rocks not only brings yoga but, also nine incredibly flexible and certified yoga instructors to the historic and breathtaking Red Rocks, come along to strengthen your core, connect with nature, practice breathing, yup, that’s a thing, expand your awareness, build both your mental and physical strength. Each session begins at 7 a.m. just make sure to bring plenty of water, a personal yoga mat and your mask. Yoga classes will run Saturday and Sunday mornings — June 5 through August 1. $1 of every ticket sold goes to our friends at LoveYourBrain Foundation. a nonprofit that helps people affected by traumatic brain injury. SnowShape will return for a 4-week winter fitness series in September and October to help you get back in sliding and gliding shape ahead of the 2021-2022 ski season.
