Slightly Stoopid are kicking off their Slight Dirty Summer 2024 tour this year and it’s taking them to a lot of places. A fresh addition to the highly anticipated tour is a 3-day run in Colorado between the 8th to the 10th of August. The most exciting part about this is that it includes a show at the renowned Red Rocks Amphitheatre!
The band posted the announcement on their Facebook page, saying: “Colorado, you're up! Announcing a 3-show run through the Rockies this summer. August 8th in Dillon, August 9th in Vail and August 10th at Red Rocks. With special guests Common Kings and Fortunate Youth.”
Slightly Stoopid are stopping at the Rockies for an exciting three days right before they close out their summer tour with a series of West Coast dates in August. Their first night will happen at Dillon, Colorado’s Dillon Amphitheater on the 8th, followed by the historic Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail, Colo on the 9th. Finally, they’ll close out their run in Colorado with a highly anticipated show at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Joining the band as supporting acts are Common Kings and Fortunate Youth, who both share a history of collaborations with Slightly Stoopid. In the past, they’ve also joined Stoopid’s Summer Traditions Tour in 2022 as the supporting acts.
Slightly Stoopid’s Miles Doughty said in a statement: “Slightly Dirty Summer 2024 is gonna be nuts! It’s been a minute since we did a full summer tour with our brothers the Dirty Heads and we are excited to get this party started. Joining us in the madness will be our boys Common Kings and The Elovaters taking the vibes to a new level! Looking forward to playing some new songs all summer while hitting new venues and some cities we have never played!”
