They're back at it for four thrilltastic days over four weekends, starting on Saturday, September 16th, and finishing off on October 7th at the outstanding Red Rocks Amphitheater. SnowShape is hosted by Denver's most amazing "Fitness In The City." This organization is filled with some of the hottest trainers in the business, and they really do know how to take you through an amazing workout. The event is a pre-season training program designed to give you all the necessary abilities to tackle the terrain with ease.
You can expect the team to take you through a rigorous series of exercises and drills that will improve your oh-so-important strength, endurance, and agility on the slopes. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced skier or snowboarder, SnowShape will push you to your limits and help you reach your full potential. They do this by laying strong foundations in warm ups, cardio, and muscle conditioning. Plus, they also provide you with knowledge about injury prevention, nutrition, and how to navigate the snow and the dangers it presents.
It's fun too, because while the trainers will take you through an outstanding hardcore workout, they also know how to make the whole thing enjoyable. As a bonus, you get to workout with like-minded individuals who also share your passion for the powder, so not only will you get to supercharge your body, you will also get to do it in a comfortable, inclusive environment.
