The time is finally here. The Disco Biscuits are back in Colorado to start the summer off once again, and, boy do we ever need them to start off a great summer! Electronic Jam Band, The Disco Biscuits are hitting Red Rocks Amphitheater on Saturday, May 29th 2021. The Disco Biscuits play their second night in Denver right here at Red Rocks. The Philly jam-band with an energetic live show, The Disco Biscuits transcend from mere musical album makers, fusing electronic and rock music with an out of this world light show creating an awesome atmosphere, in short, this is a great live experience!
The Disco Biscuits consist of Allen Aucoin on drums, Marc "Brownie" Brownstein on bass guitar and vocals, Jon "The Barber" Gutwillig on guitar and vocals, and Aron Magner on about six keyboards, synths and vocals. Together they are an Electronic Jam band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, incorporating elements from a variety of musical genres, psychedelic rock, electronic music, soul, blues, jazz and classical music all with a base of electronic and rock, mixed in with some super light shows, lasers and smoke to create the ultimate trance fusion experience. Trance fusion, references the band incorporating elements of Trance music, repetitive drum beats and melodic sections, into the instrumentation and conventions of a live jam-band, where guitar, bass, keyboards, and drums play structured songs with sections for exploratory improvisation. This will be the second night of their three night run on Red Rocks, and while not as big as their inferno gig was, you can be sure to enjoy this in a more intimate setting, with just you and a few other dedicated fans.
