Imagine Dragons land among the rocks at Morrison, Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheater on Thursday, October 17th 2024. And, you, HAVE, got, to be there!!! It will be explosive! Old tracks like “Demons,” “Believer,” or “Thunder,” will sound incredible here, and then, a whole set to mix in some new songs, how amazing would that be???
Billed as the bands', “biggest North American headline tour to date,” the Imagine Dragons Loom World Tour 2024 kicks off shortly after the release of the new album, Loom, in June. The Dragons gave us a sneak peek of the new album with the first single, “Eyes Closed,” and it sounds exactly like an Imagine Dragons song should sound, with the new lyrics, “I’m back from the dead, from the back of my head/Been gone and facin’ horrors that should never be said.” Catch the new song, and the video down below now, just be sure to put it on nice and loud!
2 years on from the double album, Mercury, part 1 and 2, Loom, is to be the bands' 6th studio album, and, according to the band, represents their artistic journey of self-discovery. "Working on this record was a rollercoaster - just as it always is. Some days the songs came from a place of sadness and heartache, and others joy and jubilance. Loneliness. Searching. Wanting. Anger. Love. The beauty of songwriting is that it has always simply been my journal. It has documented decades of my journey through this strange life." Lead singer, Reynolds continued, expressing his gratitude to fans, "And I've been lucky enough to create it with my best friends in a band and have you share it with us. Thank you for letting me feel less alone here on this planet. For singing with me across the globe. Reminding me that we all truly are one and in this together."
Officially taking off from Camden, New Jersey, the tour sour the skies through cities from coast to coast from St. Louis, Dallas, Seattle, Phoenix, Toronto, and just down the road in Denver along with the stop here at Morrison's world-famous Red Rocks Amphitheater on October 17th 2024, before wrapping in Los Angeles. I'm sure more dates are planned for Europe and beyond, but that news isn't out yet.
